A traditional Dutch cheese made in the Indian Himalayans. A classic cheese for cooking on pasta, pizzas, dals, etc. Also goes well with bread, fruit or just as a snack. A cheese with many applications. Naturally aged between 3-4 months to give a mild flavour.
