Introduction :

We are proud to offer carbon neutral shipping

We partner with NGOs to plant new trees in and around the Mumbai area in order to offset the carbon footprint of our parcel delivery through local reforestation projects.

We offer free shipping all over India on orders over INR 2000.

For orders under INR 2000 or outside of India, delivery charges will vary. Total delivery costs are calculated at checkout.

In order to reduce transportation emissions, parcels are shipped to you directly by our brand partners. Because of this, you may receive more than one parcel per order.

After purchase, you will receive an email from us confirming your order. Once your item has been shipped, you will receive another email with relevant tracking information, if provided. Please note that international orders may be subject to additional customs duties, import duties or other taxes.

Returns & Refunds

If you are unhappy with a purchase from shopotito.com, you can request a refund/exchange.

Please ensure items to be returned must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged and with all tags still attached. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging. Returns that are damaged or soiled will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer

We will offer a full refund if the items were paid for using a debit/credit card and offer store credit should the payment mode chosen be COD. For this purpose, we must receive the sold merchandise within 7 days from the delivery date.

Which items can be exchanged?

Faulty or Defective product

Product received is different from what was ordered

Product looks different from how it appeared on the product page

Which items cannot be exchanged?

Items that have been used, worn, washed or soiled

Consumable products like food, beverages and beauty products

Hygiene and lifestyle items

No refund, exchange or return on discount/sale items.

What is the process of returning a product?

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you can raise a return/exchange request via email quoting order number to hello@shopotito.com

Your email must contain the name of the product and the order ID along with a detailed description of the nature of the concern, and pictures/videos of the product in case of damages or manufacturing defects.

The email must be sent within 3 days of receipt of the product. Disputes registered after 3 days of delivery shall be entertained at the sole discretion of the seller of the product.

Refunds/Exchanges are subject to the discretion of a friendly and diligent team at shopotito.com

If the team approves the refund/exchange request, then you must send the product back to the vendor within 7 days of the vendor agreeing to the refund.

Please ship your return/exchange order to the shipping address communicated to you via email. This tends to vary based on the product. This cost will have to be borne by you.

Please note, that should the fault be ours (in case of manufacturing defect), we will contact you to arrange a pickup. In all other cases, please note that we may only process exchanges and returns once you have shipped us the product.

If the goods are delivered to you in a damaged condition, please email us at hello@shopotito.com with a photograph of the damaged product, the invoice details and barcode on the package.

Size change requests are considered for exchange first and only refunded (store credit if COD/direct refund if debit/credit card) should no alternative size be available.

Size availability of products may vary by designer/brand. Please check the product details for any anomaly.

Refunds are processed one week after receiving the returned goods.

Returned goods should retain original tags. Goods that are damaged/without tags will be returned to the customer. We hope it doesn’t come to this, but should the goods returned to us by you fail to meet our returns standards, the cost of returning it to you will have to be borne by you.

We can exchange goods delivered internationally, but we will charge postage for these exchanges at the standard overseas delivery rates and all the standard policies of return and exchange applies.

Lastly, you agree, abide and acknowledge that shopotito.com’s decision with regards to the Returns & Refund Policy shall be final and binding to you and that you shall not be entitled to raise any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, etc. of whatsoever nature in that regards once the shopotito.com’s has notified you about its decision.
